CM / School Project / 7,320 SF / $388,760 / The UNF arena office relocation project was a multi-phase project that involved the relocation of the women’s basketball coaching staff, office-style cubicles/systems furniture, and associated conference spaces as well as the development of a new event/multipurpose space that serves as a donor room or VIP suite during arena functions. The initial project involved the relocation of the systems furniture to room 1062. Room 1062 was remodeled into a large open office area. Following the relocation of the systems furniture, offices 1050 and 1051 were renovated into an office suite for the women’s coaching staff. There was a wall constructed between rooms 2004 and 2005 to separate the future donor room/VIP suite from the existing AV control room.
