Overview
CM / Fan Coil Replacement / School Project / 7,800 SF / $1,209,800 / The scope of this project was to replace and install all new fan coil units and associated CHW piping, condensate piping, OA duct run outs, makeup duct, and supply/return duct on the Ground floor, 1st floor and 2nd floor of North Hall. Other services included controls, electrical disconnect and connect, strapping of existing electrical fixtures/devices, fire stopping of all new and existing conditions, general demolition, and misc. plaster. This project was to be completed within 3 months and was a fast track delivery method which included early mechanical packages.
