The exterior of the building features a combination of concrete masonry block and stucco finishes, offering both durability and aesthetic appeal. The structure includes spacious public reading areas, private study rooms, flexible meeting spaces, administrative offices, and support facilities. Our team managed all aspects of construction, from site development and utility coordination through final completion.
