GC / Renovation / Remodel / 27,500 SF / $1,729,966 / This project consisted of a complete demolition and remodel of the second and third story of the St. Johns County Building Department. This project was phased to accommodate the staff of the building department. They maintained functionality while we renovated their building. We demolished the existing offices on the second and third floors and renovated the two floors. The work entailed a high complexity of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing. This project took place in an occupied facility, where safety, security, and quality control were a vital component for this project. The project also included exterior work, including concrete and masonry.
