CM / Renovations / Fast Tracked / School Project / $324,398.72 / R.L. Brown Elementary School was a fast-track, summer job that consisted of demolishing and remodeling eight bathrooms on campus. This project involved a complete mechanical, electrical, and plumbing remodel of each bathroom. The project also had to meet ADA requirements. We implemented a fast-track schedule that did not detract from the quality of the project and allowed us to quickly give Duval County Public Schools a quality product of bathrooms for use of the students.
