CM / Renovation / LEED Certified / Multi-Phased / 4,000 SF / Peeler Hall Assisted Living Center consisted of an interior remodel at the Moosehaven campus. It has capacity to house 30 residents. The Peeler Hall Assisted Living Center is constructed with wood framed studs, pre-engineered wood trusses, fiberglass shingle roof and a stucco exterior. The center has state of the art nurse call system, security, access control, and fire protection. The center also includes an interior courtyard, activities rooms, and a kitchen.
