GC / New Construction / 10,750 SF / The North Florida OB-GYN is a 10,750 square foot facility located in Fleming Island. The interior consists of exam rooms, two outpatient surgical rooms, several nurses’ stations, administrative offices, breakroom, and two lobbies. All interior construction was built with metal studs, drywall, hollow metal frames, VCT flooring, and prefinished solid core doors. The mechanical system is a split system that is maintained in a fully enclosed mezzanine.
