CM / Renovation / Addition / School Project / 18,800 SF / $1,246,871.97 / This renovation project consisted of interior renovations at Nease High School, Pod C & Pod M, Administration offices, and Courtyard Expansion. Construction consisted of selective demolition including doors, frames, window frames, restroom vanities, drywall partitions, acoustical ceilings, flooring and associated electrical, light fixtures, HVAC system ductwork. All new finishes were installed including flooring, doors, hardware and new HVAC system.
