Overview
CM / Renovation / 25,000 SF / This project included renovations primarily focused on code upgrades including mechanical, plumbing and electrical. This project involved extensive demolition to a building located between two active Health Care buildings. Building demolition accounts for 10 percent of the total construction cost. It included a complete renovation to the existing facility both interior and exterior. The exterior of the building received new stucco, new awnings, new windows as well as new landscaping. The interior renovation included all new metal stud walls with drywall, new hollow metal frames with new wood doors, new acoustical ceilings, and all new mechanical, electrical, and fire protection systems.
