CM / Renovation / Expansion / Fast Tracked / School Project / $1,900,288.93 / This renovation project consisted of a renovation and remodel of the administrative facilities, media center and dining expansion at Mill Creek Academy. We completely demolished the administrative offices and media center. The dining hall construction consisted of selective demolition including doors, frames, window frames, restroom vanities, drywall partitions, acoustical ceilings, flooring and associated electrical, light fixtures, HVAC system ductwork. All new finishes were installed including flooring, doors, hardware and new HVAC system. This was a fast track summer project completed on time and within budget.
