Overview
CM / New Parking, Sitework / School Project / $259.858 / The scope of this project included the addition of a new faculty parking lot as well as a new student drop off entrance to alleviate traffic concerns. In addition, a new ADA compliant sidewalk was installed as well as a new aluminum canopy. The existing parking lot was resurfaced so that the old and new areas would blend. Due to time lead times the canopy could not be installed until Christmas Break. During this period the canopy as well as the associated footings were installed so that there would be no disruption during school hours.
