Design Build / Addition / 5,000 SF / Knaack Building at Moosehaven is an Adult Daycare Facility at the Moosehaven campus. The Adult Daycare Facility serves the Orange Park area and has a capacity for 50 adult clients. The Knaack Building is constructed with wood framed studs, pre-engineered wood trusses, standing seam metal roof and a stucco exterior. The building has a state-of-the-art nurse call system, security, access control, and fire protection. The center also includes activity rooms and a kitchen. The sitework included new storm water drainage, water and sewer connections, along with a paved parking lot.
