GC / New Construction / Renovation / Site Improvements / Civil / Owner LS3P / 7,600 SF / This project involves constructing a 6,400 SF Pre-Engineered Metal Building and renovating 1,170 SF of an existing building for the Department of Military Affairs. We are installing site utilities, including potable water, sanitary sewer, gas, electric service, and paved parking. The project also features the installation of a bridge crane and a vehicle exhaust system. Conducting within a secure, occupied federal facility, the work requires stringent safety and security measures to ensure the protection of both the construction team and the facility’s personnel.
