GC / New Construction / LEED / This building consists of 6,200 square foot, one-story masonry / insulated metal panel structure that contains vehicle maintenance bays, one classroom, a simulator room, offices and several ancillary spaces. The HVAC system included air handling units, air terminal units, electric heating, general exhaust fans, ductwork and controls. Site work surrounding the building included parking lot, landscaping and utility connections.
