CM / New Construction / Civil Work / LS3P / $6,695,803 / This project was the construction of a new one-story auditorium at Fort Caroline MS. The building includes an auditorium space with seating for 286 persons, a lobby, dressing rooms, and various support spaces. The scope incorporates concrete work, masonry, and steel framing as well as electrical, plumbing, and HVAC services. Also included are the equipment and systems required to operate the theatrical entertainment space. There is additional civil work including new utilities, asphalt removal, additional ADA parking, and a covered canopy.
