Overview
GC / Renovation / 5,696 SF / The Express Care Facility was completely renovated and expanded while occupied by staff and treating patients. Work was coordinated w/ the hospital administration to avoid interruption of the patient’s care. The project was thoughtfully value engineered with the hospital administration before construction began in order to bring the project into the hospital’s budget. There were no change orders to the project after the contract was awarded. The project consisted of a new main lobby, triage rooms, offices, nurse’s stations, new and renovated treatment rooms and exterior face lift.
