CM / Renovation, Remodel / Sitework / 27,868 SF / $4,555,000 / This project is for the alteration of an existing two-story dormitory facility for undergraduate students comprised of four wings with 47 two-bedroom/one-bathroom dwelling units and 1 one-bedroom/one-bathroom resident advisor unit. All dwelling units have no cooking appliances. In addition to the dwelling units, there is a student center with a community room, laundry room, study room, uni-sex toilet room & miscellaneous service spaces (i.e. a/c closets, janitor’s closet).
