GC / New Construction / Civil / Site Work / 17,488 SF / This project includes a 17,488 SF Pre-Engineered Metal Building and renovations in their existing 21,000 SF Pre-Engineered Metal building. In addition to the new building, we provided all site work with stormwater drainage and retention, utilities (potable water, sanitary sewer, electric service, communication (including fiber optic)), and paved parking. This project took place in an occupied, gated public facility that demanded careful safety and security procedures. These procedures ensured safe construction practices for both the construction team as well as the on-site staff.
