CM / New Construction / 165 Unit Retirement Building / 58,177 SF / $10,000,000 / The project consists of a new three story, concrete tilt up residence hall, consisting of 165 units. The building serves as an independent living facility, which is an expansion of the Moosehaven Retirement Community located in Orange Park, Florida. Extensive site work consisted of stormwater drainage, and retention, utilities (potable water, sanitary sewer, electric service, communication (including fiber optic)), and paved parking. The building has state of the art data systems, including centralized call systems. The facility also hosts a professional kitchen serving the building, along with laundry facilities, and hair salon.
