GC / Renovation & Expansion / LEED / 40,000 SF / This project consisted of a 40,000 Sq Ft interior renovation and expansion. Work included complete interior demolition, new structural steel for 2nd-floor expansion, new elevator, new interior metal stud partitions, new finishes, complete new chilled water system, new electrical fixtures and equipment, new plumbing fixtures and equipment, and site improvements that included mill and repave of the existing parking lot.
