Overview
GC/ New Construction / School Project / This 6,000 SF, 4-classroom addition to the existing campus was constructed with the use of exterior structural metal studs, brick veneer, and pre-engineered metal trusses. The project also consisted of aluminum walkway canopies, expansion to the existing EMS control system, and expansion to the existing security and fire alarm system. The new addition was constructed on an occupied campus and successfully completed ahead of schedule. The contractual substantial completion date was February 2009. The actual substantial completion date was January 5, 2009.
