Overview
CM / New Additions / 18,000 SF / This was a 12-classroom addition to the elementary school. Site work included new aluminum walkway canopies, new student/bus loop, a new retention pond with all associated underground systems, as well as additional parking. The new building structure was built of concrete, masonry, and structural steel with a brick veneer.
