Overview
CM / New Construction / 7,200 SF / The project consisted of demolishing a portion of the existing building and rebuilding the masonry wall to accommodate the area for a new bike pavilion. We added a new slab on grade to allow for 150 bike parking spots and erected a pre-engineered metal building that was adhered to the existing building. We also added electrical charging ports for the electrical bicycles and railing for the perimeters of the pavilion.
