CM / Windows & Door Replacement / School Project / $201,911.80 / This project included the removal of 16 double doors and frames including but not limited to floor closers, pivots, thresholds, and trim. All floor voids will be filled with non-shrink grout flush with and textured to match adjacent flooring. Install new storefront windows/door type 1 and 2. Remove west curtain wall including two double doors and frames and install new curtain wall Trifab VG 451T or equivalent including two new double doors and frames type 3. Remove east curtain wall including one double door and frame and install new curtain wall 1600 Wall System or equivalent including new double door and frame type 3. Remove the exterior surface applied sloped concrete topping along the bottom of the east curtain wall.
