CM / School Project / Public Entity / Multiple Project Mgmt / $2,667,935.87 / E Vaughan Rivers upgraded five DCPS schools to incorporate safety and security measures. We installed new pass-thru windows at the main entry, modified cabinetry and wall layouts, and provided electrical and IT amendments. The scope included demolition, concrete work, masonry, metals, rough carpentry, doors & windows, window film, drywall, flooring, painting, signage, fire protection, and fencing.
