Overview
Renovation of Occupied Public Use / This project consists of renovating a historic courthouse. Scope includes reframing existing roof, new roofing, painting exterior, removing and replacing all rotten wood. The scope also includes tug pointing existing masonry, concrete work, revitalization of existing stone steps. There is a restoration work on the historic windows, frames, and trim on the building. This project requires a high skill level of trim work and restoration work.
