Overview
Renovation / 5000 SF / The scope of the project is to renovate the existing restrooms in the three-story Tower I to meet ADA requirements. The project includes the demolition and reconfiguration of the restrooms to meet the needs of the college. We are installing all new fixtures, flooring, toilet partitions and accessories. A major component of this project is to coordinate the MEP around existing plumbing and electrical that remains in place.
Florida State College at Jacksonville South Campus renovation to Building R and Building W1 restrooms. This project consisted of new lavatory and countertops, ceramic tile on walls from floor to ceiling, new floor tile, paint, and new toilet accessories.
